The amount you pay is automatically calculated based on last year’s bills. Payments are made via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card so there’s no need to remember every time a payment is due, we’ll take care of it for you. If the amount calculated is more than you can manage or your account won’t have available funds on the payment date, simply contact us at support@sew.com.au¬†and we can delay the payment or work with you to find a solution.

If you have an outstanding balance don’t worry, this amount is automatically included in your payment plan.

How do I know if I’m paying enough or too much?

We will review how your payment plan is going after six months to make sure you’re staying on track. If this needs adjusting we will contact you. If your circumstances change, you can always review your plan at any time by contacting us.
