All customers who are in our South East Water Assist program can tap into additional assistance through our Customer Connect service, which is provided through our partnership with Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand. Customer Connect is a free service that can provide and connect you into:

  • Financial Counselling
  • Household budgeting advice
  • Customer support and advocacy
  • Access to a network of community service providers specific to your individual needs
